The general conditions govern the use of this platform. This platform is owned by Stomaltern inc. and operated by Stomaltern inc. and these employees. By using it, you indicate that you have read and understand the terms of use and that you agree to abide by them at all times.

Use of the Stomaltern platform
By agreeing to use the platform, you warrant that you are the age of majority in your territory of residence or are the legal guardian of a dependent. You also agree to give truthful information. You will respect the terms and conditions of use issued by Stomaltern for all products and services offered. Note that Stomaltern can make updates by modifying the various policies already in place at any time. It is your duty to read these policies. • By posting publicly on the Platform, you agree that you will not act illegally or violate the acceptable terms of use listed in this document.

Users cannot:

• Sell products on the platform
• Make solicitation on the platform
• Give and / or suggest medical advice (anyone who takes advice from a member of the platform other than our healthcare professionals, will do so on their own accord and cannot hold Stomaltern responsible for any repercussions. Our teleconsultation platform is reserved for medical advice, which is why it is strictly not recommended to take advice from members and those regardless of whether these members are in the health sector, otherwise we are not responsible for the repercussions). Social networks (chat section) only allow you to get in touch with and rub shoulders with people going through the same situation.

Accounts
When you create an account on our platform, you agree to the following:

1. that you are solely responsible for your account and for the security and confidentiality of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account.
2. All personal information you provide to us through your account is current, accurate and truthful and you will update your personal information if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our platform illegally or if you violate the acceptable terms of use.

Reading of the contents is at your own risk, we do not guarantee the compatibility of computer systems. you are responsible for keeping your computer system secure from trojan horses, malicious code and any other type of viruses that may affect your use and your system, as we will not be held responsible for any virus, affect or damage irregular use of this platform.

Payments

Goods and services will be invoiced in full when ordering.

Subscriptions
All of our recurring subscriptions will be automatically billed and renewed until we receive a notification that you want to cancel the subscription.

Transport and delivery
When you make a purchase on our platform, you agree to provide a valid email and delivery address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will refund the amount you paid. You acknowledge that you are responsible for monitoring your method of payment.
