  2. Ostomy equipment sales companies
  3. Subcontracting companies that collaborate with Stomaltern for the maintenance and proper functioning of the platform.

Third parties will not be able to access user data beyond what is reasonably necessary to achieve the given purpose.

Other disclosures
We undertake not to sell or share your data with other third parties, except in the following cases:

  1. if the law requires it
  2. if it is required for any legal proceedings
  3. to prove or protect our legal rights
  4. to buyers or potential buyers of this company in the event that we seek to sell the company

Hyperlinks and Viruses
Stomaltern does not guarantee that your computer system will be compatible with its platform, so your use of it will be at your own risk. It is your duty to secure and protect your computer system from viruses, horse threes etc. If you follow hyperlinks from our platform to another site or platform, please note that we are not responsible for and have no control over their content. We cannot guarantee that these sites or platforms will be free of viruses. We also have no control over their privacy policies and practices, although we carefully select our partners and collaborators.

How long we store personal data
We do not store user data beyond what is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is collected.

How we protect your personal data
All data stored in our system is well secured and can only be accessed by our employees. Our employees are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and breach of this agreement would result in the employee’s termination.
